Do you handle permits?
We pull all permits for additions, structural work, and anything requiring inspection. You don’t deal with the city.
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
Most run four to eight weeks depending on scope and material lead times. Your estimate includes a schedule, not a guess.
Do you use subcontractors?
Our own crew handles framing, drywall, trim, and finish work. Licensed specialists cover electrical and plumbing, and we coordinate them directly.
Do you offer financing?
