Bathroom remodeling
Bathrooms in Cincinnati homes have their own problems
A lot of the housing stock around here was built before 1960 — Cape Cods on the west side, brick two-stories in Norwood and Oakley, post-war ranches out toward Dent. The bathrooms in those homes were built small, plumbed with galvanized pipe, and tiled directly onto plaster. When you open a wall, you usually find something.
That’s the difference between a bathroom remodel and a bathroom refresh. We plan for what’s behind the tile: rotted subfloor under a leaking tub surround, supply lines that need replacing while the wall is open, venting that never met code. Finding it mid-project is normal. Not budgeting for it is what turns a four-week job into a three-month one.

Yes, in Ohio and Kentucky. We’ll send documentation before any work starts — ask and it’s in your inbox the same day.
Do you handle permits?
We pull all permits for additions, structural work, and anything requiring inspection. You don’t deal with the city.
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
Most run four to eight weeks depending on scope and material lead times. Your estimate includes a schedule, not a guess.
Do you use subcontractors?
Our own crew handles framing, drywall, trim, and finish work. Licensed specialists cover electrical and plumbing, and we coordinate them directly.
Do you offer financing?
Placeholder — confirm with Ash whether a financing partner is in place. If so, this answer is worth its own page.
What's your warranty?
Placeholder — confirm workmanship warranty terms with Ash. This is one of the most-asked questions and a strong differentiator when answered specifically.
